How do I place an order?

How will the billing show up on my credit card statement?

What is your return policy?

At My Plus Lingerie we take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange less any shipping and handling fee charges. All returns/exchanges must be accompanied with an authorized in advance, please email us with any questions or concerns.  Please send your package, including your return and exchange form via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.

*All items must be clean and unworn with all tags attached. All pre-packaged items must be returned in original packaging. For health reasons and by Federal Law, panties attached to lingerie should NOT be tried on unless you intend to keep the garment. Please remember to wear a liner when trying on and outfit that have a panty bottom.

What payment methods do you accept?

What if the item I purchased doesn't fit or I don't like it?

How much is Shipping and Handling?

Shipping and Handling is $6 for all lingerie orders less then $50 and FREE on all lingerie orders of $50 and up At My Plus Lingerie we offer free standard shipping everyday on all lingerie items over $75. If you need your shipment in a hurry we offer expatiated shipping at an additional fee. Please see our Shipping Policies for more information.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders are shipped within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) Once your order ships we will notify you via email.
